Warranty

We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately should the item be defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item within 7 days, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Return Policy

Items may be returned during the first 7 working days after goods has been received, ensuring that the product is received back to us in its original packaging or the same condition it was sold in. You will also need to provide the receipt of proof of purchase. Any and all costs resulting from delivery and collection will be for the customer’s account. Should the product be found to have a fault, Arty Aroma will first attempt to replace the goods and should the problem still persist, only then will we do a refund. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will then process the refund within the next 7 working days. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, less the original shipping fee.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges for all returns shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping fees for all returns, must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damages during shipment.
